Tikona — not keeping promise

Dear Sir

Before also I have complained about very bad service about TIKONA .
After calling their customer care again & Again they promised me to give back my money & take away their modem, as they accepted they are having signal problems.
My last three complaint reference numbers are:

[protected] dated 24.03.2010 talked with officer Rakesh

Still nobody has came to return my money & after that stopping my subscription.

Please help me urgently on the same case.
