I have written to customer care for wrong plan active during reciept of the money payed.
I have applied for BB849 and the plan active is BB449.
I called up the customer care number today but they refused to register a complaint.
1.Complaint no 1-wrong plan activated
2.Complaint No 2 Modem is not working since 9th October.(Tried with borrowed modem and it is working)
Customer care refused to register a complaint and I have written to nodel officer.even after weekly reminder;no response.
