Tikona — Very bad Internet service, No response to customer complaints, only care to generate monthly bills | |||
Hi, I too Internet Connection from Tikona Digital Networks in the starting of year 2012, mostly around Jan12 end. initially the connectivity was good later it started showing connectivity problems, like no internet connection, slow connection. on complaining everytime i was committed for a quick resolution. but no technical support or customer care ever turned up or cared to call back asking whether the problem is solved or not. this was there regular activity until June, they never care for the most smallest issue like repairing the RJ45 jack which got broken during the usage i even raised complain for that as well, this being a physical damage to wire component i was expecting a technician to come and fix the problem but later i was sent a plain mail stating issue resolved. no one ever visited my place to fix the problem, i donot understand how the issue got resolved. finally i got frustrated and cut there connection and too a new connection. In spite of telling them that i do not require such connection and service, they still generate 2 months bill and kept sending the usage bill. and now they are charging me for non payment towards internet usage for 2 months. they claim i have used internet for 2 month and i suppose to make payment against it. what kind of customer service, customer complain response, commitment towards providing good service is all about? which they claimed while providing me the new connection.
