[Resolved] Tikona — Poor customer service and mental harassment | |||
Hi, My Name is Tejas Maladwala, I was using Tikona broadband. For first 10 to 15 days it was working fine & then start giving problem. It was getting disconnected or not getting connected at all. I have launch complaints for that on 25th oct 2010 it stopped working I waited for 4 to 5 days coz this kind of thing was normal. On 30th of Oct 2010 I have launched complaint in customer care. They told me they will reply in 6 hours and they dint reply for 2 days. I have once agin call customer care nothing happenned, I have followed up that complaint for 7 or 8 days but nothing happened. The connection never work then onward, I have stopped calling customer care but try to connect for around next month also I have stopped the bill payment. I have disconnected the service in Dec 2010. Tikona people are calling me and coming at my home for money I have told them I not going to pay anything. When I was calling for service they never responded but for bill payment they harassing us by calling for coming to my place. I am fed up of this. I want to launch a complaint regarding this.
