Timata.com - REFUND NOT AFTER CANCELLATION 2 MONTHS

On February 15, 2012, I ordered a Sony Bravia KDL-22EX 420 from your website www.timtara.com. The order number is 10191333. I am aggrieved by your company’s services as I have not received the product yet.
I paid Rs. 16, 499/- as the cost of the product from my HDFC bank Debit card account number 07621000006504 and Ref. No. is 1098707. At the time of booking the product, I was promised the delivery within 10 -15 days from the time of placing the order. However is saddens me to intimate you that I did not receive the product for next 20 days and hence I cancelled the order on your website on 5th March.
I must have made innumerable calls to your employees, asking them the status of my order but no one responds with accurate answer .Above 2 months neither money is refund or nor fulfill this order . This regarding i send to mail Mr Raja Singh But not reply.
