Time Magazine — Non delivery of Free Gifts | |||
My Customer No :[protected] JUL 12 015573. I had subscribed to the offer of the magazine by paying Rs 5184/- through HDFC Bank cheque dated 09 Apr 2010 and started getting books at my residential address, but till date the offer of 4 travel bags have not been sent. I had sent a e-mail complaint on 06 Sep but till date NO reply has been sent by the TIME group. Was this information helpful? | |||

dear sir,
i subscribed to time magazine. my customer id is[protected] JUL11 011934.
i was to receive a set of 4 bags along with a bonus gift of caryall .almost 10 MONTHS HAVE PASSED. BUT NO GIFT HAS BEEN RECD.
i have spoken a no. of times to rajesh, sangeeta, anand, nigar etc who keep telling me that it has been dispatched. they have been taking a customer for a ride & to top it all are VERY RUDE. is it cause they think they are doling out alms to the poor? they even commented that i have no option but to wait.
kindly look into the matter urgently, failure of which will attract furthe action. hoping that u are better action oriented than the subordinates.
They are making false statement and promises..
they say keep patience, bt how much isnt 10 months patience enough..
i am running just 16 and my dad used to encourage me to read this magnzine, it was very popular among us bt after such a case how can we trust TIME. Even after being such a reputed magzine TIme is Doing all this stuff, how can we tolerate,
I hope strong actions will be taken against this
