[Resolved]  Time of India — Subscription not delivered

Time of India — Customer Harrasment due to their vendors

Hi,

This is Abhishek Kr Singh from Kolkata. I have subscribed for the Times Of India Yearly package for Rs 199/-. The payment was made through cheque. The amount was deducted on the 24th August 2007. But I did not received any coupon from my vendor regarding the same. After two months i.e. in October my vendor came and told me that your cheque has bounced. He showed me the cheque. Coincidently, the cheque was on the name of Abhishek Kumar Singh however it was not the same cheque. I consiulted TOI regarding this but they simply passed me to my vendor. Then I went to HDFC Bank with my vendor and confirmed to him that the cheque was of another Abhishe Kumar Singh. He was convinced.

However, I received a call from the Times Of India Supplier who provides the Newspaper to my vendor on 25th December '07 and he argued with me that your cheque has bounced. As I am presently in Jamshedpur I asked him to wait till 1st January when I will again take him to bank. Meanwhile , I am very much dissatisfied with the type Management that a company like Time of India maintains. Its shame on them

Time of India — Keep on calling daily asking to renew the subscription for TOI which we already renewed a month before

I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with one of your dealer's continious call for asking me to renew for TOI subscription which we have already renewed a month before. It is very frustrating when we keep receiving a call in the afternoon hours and in Sundays asking us to renew the subscription which we already did.

On 10 April 2009 we placed an order for the renewal by one of your representative arrived to our door step. The order was confirmed and we received a coupon on same day. Even after renewal of subscription we are keep receiving the call daily from one of your dealer from Ashok Nagar Ph: No: 24715181 which is very very irritating.

Could I please ask you to look into this matter.I am writing to ask you to please make up your database upto date regarding the renewed customer's list and to ensure that such errors do not happen again.Otherwise, we may have to look other daily paper for our supply.

I'm afraid that if these conditions are not met, we may be forced to take legal action.I look forward to receiving your explanation of these matters.

i have subscibed 3 months back, send the DD of 5184 to Living media two months back my DD details:542574 from vijayawada.

till now i didnt recieave any magazine. pls resolve this problem
