Times of India Bhopal - Regarding daily price of times of India

Dear Sir,
I am subscribing TOI Bhopal edition in Jhansi for which vendor is asking for Rs 4 instead of printed rate of Rs 3 (for daily paper) and Rs 5 against printed rate of Rs 4 for Sunday Times from April 15 2012 on monthly bill. Please clear the situation on my email address/send sms .
