[Resolved]  Times Of India — Non-delivery of Newspaper for 1 year offer

I had subscribed to Times of India Chennai Edition for 12 months at Rs.299/- offer in the month of April. I was receiving the newspaper in a rather irregular manner for about 3 months.

Since the last 2 months, I have NOT RECEIVED a single copy of the newspaper.I called up TOI office several times, sent several e-mails, so far I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED FAKE ASSURANCES that the problem will be solved within 48 hours.

Latest complaint number was 225139.

TOI people donot seem to be too bothered about it at all. Sometimes they do not even reply to the e-mails/calls properly.
