Times Of India, Chennai — Non receival of Newspapers on Annual subscription

Times of India was on a door to door drive to promote their annual subscription offer. I took it in early July, was to have commenced receiving the newspapers on 16th July, however as of now I have not received a single coppy. I have sent approx 15 emails & 30 telecalls on nearly a daily basis, but others than cheap promises I have yet to receive any newspapers. They are a shockingly poorly organised company, telephone operators are least efficient not even able to speak English.
