[Resolved]  Times Of India — Times of India not sold at Rs4.50 along with Maharashtra Times

I am reisdent of Regency Estate, Dombivli. I take Times of India as well as Maharashtra Times from Manish Newspaper Agency. As mentioned in the Times of India, i should be charged Rs4.50 for both the newspaper together, however the agency charges me seperate 4.50 for TOI and 2.50 for Maharashtra Times. The reason quoted for the same is that the scheme benefit is not even passed to the agency as they also have to pay for both the newspapers.

Either the agency is making fool o[censored]s or the Times group itself is making fool of agency and thus consumer.
