[Resolved]  Times Of India News Paper — I am not receiving the Times of India News Paper

I had subscribed TOI for one year from 1st Oct'2008 to 30th Sept'2009 but was not getting the paper regularly though the same vendor RAMU was disrtibuting the paper in the building.I had also not
received the paper for consequetive 2 weeks and had given complain by calling the help lines[protected]/[protected]/[protected] but no action had been taken.Recently I have subscribed TOI sunday times for 6 months dated 03/10/09 and bearing the cheque no. 290843 /HDFC Bank
but I am not receiving the paper from the day one i.e 04/10/2009(implemenattion date).After sending email to cs.[protected]@timesgroup.com they called me and said that I will be receiving the Times of India News Paper from 16th Oct'2009 but today have not received the paper though my neighbors have received the paper from same vendor.
