Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to complain against your Newspaper vendor at Saki Naka Andheri (E)
For the past few years the vendor (Kanifnath) has been delivering newspaper to our complex. For the last 4 months his delivery of newspaper has become an issue. Earlier we use to get the newspaper by 0630am-0700 am and now a days its between[protected] hrs.
Despite reminding him regularly to correct his timings, he has not given any sincere look into the same. We're only given the reason that he doesn't have enough people. This might be true and we did oblige for the first month but now it has become a practice.
In this case our newspaper vendor is also the supplier and says that we can't move to anyone even if we tried to. He has mentioned that we can complaint to whoever we want but he'll deliver as per his timeline.
I have few other questions:
a) Does not TOI have any timings deadlines for its vendors.
b) Is it the way your readers are to be treated.
c) Is asking for timely delivery an offence.
Looking forward for an early resolution to this problem. The image of a newspaper is getting tarnished by silly vendors and i'm sure you'll have a process to address the same.

Apart from this, this vendor adds charges of weekly papers like ET WEALTH and Speaking Tree citing a reason that the company has made it compulsory for him to drop these with the daily newspaper.
I used to have a confrontation with him regarding the same and that is why he has stopped providing me with the ET-TOI Combo and instead he gives Mumbai Mirror-TOI Combo.
Please provide me with some complaint number or email id of TOI or ET as I am assured of the case that ET Wealth is not compulsory to buy with the ET monday edition.
