I paid for one year subscription for Times of India.The vender is not supplying the paper regularly.When asked he is giving some reasons and quarelling.I had complained several times and nothing has happened. I paid the amount in the belief that Times of India will have good customer care.Now I am giving this complaint in the belief that the problem will be solved seriously.
