[Resolved]  Times Of India Newspaper — TOI subscription renewal

Sir,
I am 5 to 6 years old reader of TOI+MT .I want the exact subscription price of the renewal curently .My vendor charges me the service tax monthly why is it so.I am a residence of Thakur Complex Kandivali East, Mumbai

I am one of the regular reader of Times of India news paper from last One Year.
Regularly I receive the Yearly subscription coupons from your side.
But now a days I am not receiving the same.
Therefore I am requesting you to kindly send me the coupons for the year 2014 so that I can pay the cheques.

East, am subscribing the Times Of India for last 2 years, My renewal was due in
the month of March 2014 and received a call from your office for
the same and was assured to collect the cheque from my residence nobody turned
up, after reminding my vendor I got another call from your office and was
assured to get the payment collected, this time again nobody turned up and to
my surprise the vendor produced a bill for the month of March 2014, after lot
of arguments I had No choice but to pay the said bill as according to him the
collection was done by the representative of the company,

Your Local representative doesn't even bother to respond to
the calls and even hangs up without any justification. Please let me know if
you are not interested in renewing my subscription and why should I be penalized
for the miscommunication or the negligence from your staff or the vendor.

I am sure you will look into the matter at your earliest,
and help me to not to escalate the matter further.

I have been calling Times of India for past fortnight about paper not being send to our residence.However, nothing change till date.I was previously subscribed to Hindustan times and received and excellent service from them.Please take a wise decision before selecting this service from times of India.

Times of India has become a rotten company.Their websites offer no online subscription.Their office in Nandanam, Chennai is absolutely indifferent for my calls.Though I was promised someone would come to pick up the subscription renewal check, so far none has visited me.The lady official working there seems frustrated and hopeless wanting to leave TOI.

I am regular reader of Times of India at Opp. Thakur Medical, Kalyan(west) and I regularly subscribe the yearly subscription cheque to our area paper vendor last many years. From last year onwards the cheque issued has not been deposited in Bank nor it has come for clearlisation in the Bank. The vendor has been telling us that the scheme has been stopped by TOI and taking the cash from us. So suggest us as how to renew the subscription and better to depute your representative to regularise the subscription.
