Times Of India Shopping — Faulty goods | |||
I ordered some toys from Times of India Shopping. On arrival 4 of the 6 items were faulty. I contacted T.O.I. Shopping and their complaints dept contacted by phone me with instructions for return but the courier service they told me to use do not “pickup” from our area of Goa. I have sent e.mail twice to Complaints dept but no further contact from them. Warranty period finishing soon.I have also tried calling them on the number they called me from but the number is unobtainable. What can I do now??? Surely T.O.I should show some responsibility as the offer was a “Times of India” Readers Offer. Certainly I will NEVER buy from them again. Very disgruntled customer. Had a even worse experience here. They kept promising courier pickup for 2 months and finally the warranty period expired and they said "no". Better buy from a local shop than feeding money to TOI for sub standard goods.
