You may know some one call you at your office or home and inform you that he is from Times of India wearing a T-Shirt on which Times of India symbol or name printed.He will inform you that they TOI is offering an annual subscription offer and try to collect that amount ONLY by cheque in the name of Bennet coleman and co Ltd. After that no one will be responsible for delivering the paper to you. If you call them they simply assures to look into that matter within 48 hours. If call back again another person will assure you to solve the issue within 24 hours. At last some of your friends will request a paper vender to deliver the paper.He will do that for sometimes alone. Then he will not response you properly for non delivery of the paper.
