Times Of India — vendor mischief

Sir,
Our newspaper vendor is misbehaving and does not supply newspaper properly and does not let any other vendor to supply to our house
we have been harrassed by him for past two years but have finished patience now to continue with this guy.
It is very difficult, as we had spoken to times of india supply incharge too of our area but he said he cant help us in this regard.
