Why to cheat customer?

Please refund my money or give remaining recharge.

timesdeal — Amount deducted by did not get recharge

I have used TimesDeal today's offer i.e., get Rs.100 recharge by paying Rs.50.

I have made payment. But did not get recharge yet.

Got coupon code. But got only recharge of Rs.50.
Then what was the use of keeping that offer?
I could have done recharge of Rs.50 from outside also.
