Timesdeal.com — Did not got Paytm Promo Code after making payment thru credit card

I had buyed a deal from timesdeal.Com and paid amount of 50 rs thru my credit card, and according to plan I should received 100 rs talk value promocode of paytm. But after sending multiple emails to timesdeal and paytm, I had not recieved any feedback.

When I contacted the timesdeal.Com customer care, they said the deal had expired and we can't give your money back neither we can give you that deal.

I want to say people avoid timesdeal.Com and paytm.
