[Resolved] Timesdeal.com — Timesdeal fraud: Did Not receive the service nor a refund

I brought a deal from TimesDeal.com, i booked an appointment and was assured that will get the service on that day. The merchant is not picking the calls from past 1 month. When i contacted Timesdeal for a refund, they shock off saying they cant give a refund but can extend the validity of the coupon. This was not what i needed but still agreed to their terms. Till date the merchant is not picking any calls and the Timesdeals customer care also refuses to give an answer to that. They have received their share of money from me and so are not bothered to get back and see if the customer is satisfied or not. This is a very unacceptable behavior from their end. I recommend everyone to stay away from Timesdeals.com

I have had similar experience lately. I am even tired of calling timesdeal.com and the merchant - "Oyster Beauty Services" again and again.NO SERVICES AND NO REFUND. I do not believe that they still have a "Cancellation Policy" tab in their website, which they never provide. The executive abruptly says "We do not provide refund". But I would like to extend my sympathy towards you and warn other users at the same time. "PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SERVICE PROVIDING VOUCHERS JUST TO SAVE SOME MONEY." You will end up spending more than you thought you would save only over phone calls to avail your services. These people are only meant to give us good deals to purchase items nothing else.

I would suggest timesdeal.com to add this in their terms and conditions that they do not issue refunds even in genuine conditions even if the merchant - - "Oyster Beauty Services" is not providing the guaranteed services after purchase of the voucher.

CAUTION :- "BY SERVICE PROVIDING VOUCHERS AT YOUR OWN RISK FROM SUCH WEBSITES."
