Non processing of refund

I had ordered a Dell Laptop battery on 26th December, 2011 which they did not ship till end of January. After repeated requests to them they said they will refund which is still not done. Kindly help because they are just harassing and not even responding properly.

I bought one Samsung Galaxy Y phone from Timtara on 12 july 2012 after waiting more than 1.5 month this product show status refund pending. Below is the details of order
