Hi,
I am one more hugely Disappointed Customer of the fraud at Timtara.
My order Was placed in December and i have paid with my credit card.
The product was listed as available on the website and the product was not delivered at all.
I called Several times to check the status of the order after waiting for 3 weeks.
Nobody seemed to know anything and hung up on me everytime. Nobody could help me or escalate or transfer the call to anyone higher who could. I had to buy the Cell from other places as i needed it for regular use..
I had no option to cancel the order on the website as i had purchased it as a guest and the order number was not reflecting under my Registered account which i registered later in the hope of contacting somebody through the contact us link with no avail.
I Placed multiple requests for refunds over the phone and online with no reply. I was given an email of someone called Payal([protected]@timtara.com) who dint even care to reply after 4 emails.
Now Rs. 10000 is stuck with them and it is unfortunately too big an amount for a middle class person like me.
I have no other option but to file a case with the consumer court to get my money back.
