[Resolved]  Timtara — Complaint against timtara.com/Order not shipped

Dear Sir,

I ordered a HTC Desire V series Mobile phone from timtara.com on 16/07/2012. I have already paid Rs. 18,000 for it through my Credit Card. My order no is 10289752. They said, it would take 7 to 8 days. Till now they have not shipped my product. I am calling them almost every day to know the status, every time their response is: "It will be shipped within few days". I am also sending them emails [protected]@timtara.com, [protected]@timtara.com to which I never get any reply. Their customer care is never giving any exact date of shipment and they are also saying that they cannot give any commitment on the date of shipment. They are not even telling proper reason for, why the shipment is delayed.

Whenever I am asking the customer care they say within 24 hour you will get replay. If I ask the customer care guy to transfer the call to the concerned department or to the senior, they are saying that they do not have such provision.
Before Pleasing order I inquired through email for HTC Desire V series Mobile Phone-black colour. Regarding this I got a call from this mobile no [protected] 0n 16 July 2012 at 2.22 pm stating that black colour is available.
After making so many calls and email. I got only one reply on 3/08/2012, I got one mail from [protected]@timtara.com saying that We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you due to the delay in delivery. This has been caused due to a heavy demand in the product(s) you ordered. However, we are confident that the product(s) can be shipped in 7 - 8 working days. We will be in touch with you.
Today is 19th August 2012 and I did not still get my product. I do not understand when they will ship my product.

I have been cheated by timtara. They have charged me the money for which I have to pay interest to my Credit Card company.

All these Fraudalent practice by Timtara is causing me mental harassment. I am also losing more money and time by making STD call to them almost every day 3 to 5 times.

Please help me to get my product.

For others I would like to advise never to buy anything from this Fraud website. Please take necessary action to this company.
