Timtara — not refunded

ive placed an order on timtara online shopping site on 27 of feb and i havent receive the item and now its been more than a month,no answer from the site,no calls,nothing! i tried to contact them many times but no answer at all plus ive managed a bunch of complaints but that too, it didnt work.
Now i don't know to do, though i dont get the item, i need the refunds.
Please help me, tell me if i can do something to get my refunds. thank you
