Timtara.com - Not recieved The product yet..!!!

I've Placed An Order With timtara.com on 2nd january' 2012.

It's Been 15 Days Already Since i've placed the order...still i'vnt recieved my order.and the customer care service is very much bad.they are not recieving the call.and also not replying to emails properly.
I've also filled a complaint about my order in the website.
The complaint id is '17605'.

Kindly Do the Justice.i want an answer from these peoples immediately.
