Fraudulent activity by Timtara.com
This is regarding a frustrating experience from timtara.com - an online shopping portal! I have ordered an item on 10th Feb, 2012 but, till date (26/03/2012) they have not shipped the item! I have tried with all the possibilities but, no result yet!
I have emailed them several times and got very few reply out of those! And, each time they replied with some delayed shipment timeline! The last reply was - 'the item will be shipped on 24th Mar, 2012' but, again, failed to do so!
Called so many times on their customer care help line. Most of the times it was unavailable/unanswered! Out of more than 100 calls only 3 of my calls got answered but, after a few conversation they just simply disconnected the line with only one answer - 'your item will be delivered soon' and disconnected the line!
Right now, I am really helpless. I don't have any clue how to deal with this! I faced this kind of situation few times before but, all of those got resolved within few days but, this time I failed to do so.
So, my request to you guys would be to do something so that I can teach them lesson and no body else gets such frustrating experience ever again! Please find all the details of my order and my contact info below:
