Timtara.com — money not refunding

I had paid online (Rs. 5749) to timtara.com for Eureka Forbes Trendy Steel Vaccum Cleaner on[protected]Order No[protected] . The usual time of delivery was mentioned there as 3 weeks. After one day only the status of the order started showing 'awaiting shipment'. After 24 days I called up the customer care and asked why the product is not yet shipped, they answered that it is on high demand so it is getting late but within 24 hours it will be shipped. After 3 days again I called up but same answer from the customer care people. Again after 4 days I called up and said them to cancel the order, they said within 72 hours your order will be cancelled and after that within seven days you will be getting your refund. Again after 4 days I called up the customer care and they said we are forwarding the case to higher authority and it will be solved within 24 hours. Same thing got repeated more times but still my order status is showing awaiting shipment and they are not refunding my money back. The site is totally a fake site. I just want my money back with interest and my phone bill of almost 200 rupees.
