non delivery of product
Same thing I hv gone through....its almost a month now i had ordered a Prestige Sandwich Maker from Timtara.com on 3/3/2012......after three days i got an email from timtara abt the status of my order...AWAITING SHIPMENT......TILL NOW I HV NOT RCVD THE ITEM .....ALSO THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL FROM TIMTARA REGARDING IT...... I M TRYING CALLING THEM THE PHONE LINE IS NOT CONNECTING...IF AT ALL IT CONNECTS AND BELL RINGS.....NO ONE WILL PICK UP THE PHONE OR THEY WILL DISCONNECT THE THE CALL WITHOUT PICKING UP ....AND THE MOBILE NUMBER WHICH THEY HAVE GIVEN.....FOR ORDERING YESTERDAY I CALLED THE BELL RANG 3-4 TIMES THEN THE PHN WAS SWITCHED OFF....TILL NOW ITS IN SWITCHED OFF MODE.........I HAVE GIVEN SO MANY COMPLAINTS EMAIL ON THEIR WEBSITE BUT STILL NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM. VERY BAD SERVICE. NEXT TIME I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE NOR WILL I LET ANYBODY FROM MY FAMILY OR FRIEND TO BUY FROM THIS TIMTARA.COM.

I have purchased Philips Grooming kit 5 in 1-QG 3030/15 on Order Date: Dec 30, 2011.
but yet i have not received the product.
i have complained 5-6 times for this issue to the timtara team but no action were taken.
i want to solve this issue as soon as possible otherwise please return my money into my account.
please take some strict action against this.

I have ordered a phone on 19th may from timtara.com and the delivery was promised in 10-15 days. The 15th day is tomorrow excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Yet the status of product is "Awaiting Shipment". I have tried calling customer care several times but to action has been taken yet. I suspect to be a fake site.

I have given an order in timtara.com on 13th of May 2012. Order no 10255086. As the order was not shipped by within 20 days , I requested for cancellation of my order, but still now it is not yet cancelled or my money is refunded. Whenever I give them a call they say that the order will be cancelled by 3-4 days and our concerned department will give you a cal within 48 hours, but nobody gives a call back, and this has happen more than 10 times. But want my money back from this company.

I had ordered a nokia 701 mobile phone worth Rs 14,449/- on 14/5/2012. But i didn't get my order delivered yet. I want to know what can i do against this fraud

I have ordered the following two products from timtara.com on 17/08/2012:
1. Aquasure Nano RO Water Purifier vide Order ID 10309208 for Rs 7854/-
2. Pudding Bowl Set of 6 vide Order ID 10309206 for Rs 226/-
Payment was made using ICICI Credit Card
Even after passing one and a half month the product "Pudding Bowl Set of 6" vide Order ID 10309206 is "Awaiting Shipment" and the other product was shipped to me but I have not received the "Wall Mount Stand" which comes free with the said RO water purifier. On repeated complains(atleast 15-20 times) about both the complains to the customer care dept at Dehradun, they are not paying any heed and just replying to take a note of the complains which will be looked after the back end team located at Noida.
I just received one mail from the ID "nisha@timtara.com" stating that the "Wall Mounting Stand" needs to be taken from the manufacturer i.e. "Eureka Forbes / Aquasure". On speaking to "Eureka Forbes", they informed that the said "Wall Mount Stand" comes free along with the product, and it need to be given by the dealer / seller.
This is high time about the services of the company & I have lost all hopes and I no longer have any trust on timtara.com. Can anyone suggest any way out to get the products delivered or get my money back.

my product id #10327502 and #10328030 are not delivered to me even after 45 days of order placement. around 35000 rs of mine are just blocked from 45 days as i had made the payment prior . please help me to get my orders . i had complained to timtara also several times but no action from there side had been taken. please make the company understand that the person ordering something may be of urgent use and for this i want to claim damages too against the website.

I have ordered a camera: Canon powershot a2200 on 4th of september 2012.Order no.10320346 and paid the amount rs.4330 by debit card.It has been more than three months now and the product is not even shipped.I have been calling the customer care almost everyday for the past 2 months but their response has been very poor.Everytime I am asked to wait for 3 working days for a confirmation mail or call from their side but it has never happened. Please consider this case and get the product or the cash back from them. I totally regret for having ordered from this site.

I kept an order for a camera (canon powershot a2200) on 4th of september 2012 in timtara.com. I paid the entire cost of the camera(4330 INR). It has been three months now and I have not received the product.I have been calling the customer care for the past two months almost everyday but everytime I call they ask me to wait for 3 to 10 working days for a confirmation mail or call.But even after waiting for those many days there is no mail or call.The product has not even been shipped yet. They say that the complaint is forwarded to the back end department and soon I will get a call back which I have never got .The customer care staff have even started getting annoyed after I called several times but I have not received my product yet.

i ordered a philips induction cooker of model no. 4907 from timtara.com on 29/12/2012. They assured me of delivering product within 3 weeks. Now its going to 5 th week and they are yet to deliver my product. Repeated complaints have been launched with their customer care, but they keep on saying that will b delivered nxt week. But that week is not coming at all. I have already paid for the product and my order number is 10378220. If you can kindly help in the matter.

My Order #10401644 and dataed 28-02-2013.They are really big fraud. They don't ship any product in time. They promised, you will get product with in 3 weeks but if you call him after 3 weeks then they told it will take 3 working weeks. And after this you will not get product then they tell we are just communicating our back end team. You get your product shortly. Even they don't reply if i submit a ticket. Please do the needful.

I had ordered "Micromax Canvas 2 A110 Phone" from Timtara.com. They promised to deliver the product within 21 days. I contacted to Timtara Customer Care after 21 days, they told me that my product will be shipped in few days. But even after a month they did not delivered my products. Meanwhile i tried so many times their customer care but they did not responded to me.
I think timtara.com is a fraud website earning interest using others money.
I really hope you will do the needful in this regard.
Your early & positive response will be highly appreciated.
