Hi,
I ordered a Philips MP3 Player Mix 2GB from timtara.com with Order #10293864. according to the website the product should be delivered within three weeks. But 3 weeks have already been passed and the product is still not shiped by this fraud website.

Please Help me out.

My name is Rohit Thakur from Gurgaon, I had heard about timtara from my Bank account and got temted to buy a Mitashi DVD Player thinking that since it is being promoted by ICICI Bank it must be a good online shopping website. However to my utter disappointment, i had ordered the product on 21st July 2011 and made online payment. Till date i have not recieved the product and calling their customer care is also of no help.

I would honestly suggest to all the people who shop online not to buy any product from this website as their services are extremely poor and unprofessional.

Hi,

Even I have also ordered the tablet PC for 14890 still there is no response from them i have written a mail couple of times to cancel the order and refund the amount but they are not at all ready to refund the amount and if i call to customer care every-time they ask me to write a mail to customerfirst@timtara.com what is the use of writing a mail to them if they don't read the mails,

No reply to mails either they are fraud i am planing to drag them to the Delhi court for closing the timtara online e-commerce shopping.

Let us see what we can do to them for cheating people like this...

I strongly recommend everyone not to buy any product from them coz they are fraud.

I booked the order on 4th of January 2012, till today i have not received my order, though they promise the delivery within 8-10 working days, also there is always busy, the phone operator doesn't tell you anything, just tells you that you have to mail, on email also there is very bad response and false promises. My order number is 10163821.

My order no: #10197439 is showing awaiting shipment from last 40days. When I contacted them they are responding saying "it will be delivered in 2-3 days." This is happening from last 25 days. This is happening with lot of customers. So request to please taken action ASAP as no one else should suffer like me.

I have ordered the samsung galaxy y s5360 on 16.04.2012 via order no 10237884 through timtara.com but after 28 days, the status is awaiting shipment, i am in urgent requirement of handset, but due to funds problem, i am not able to place order on another shopping website and my funds are blocked in timtara, i have also request them to refund the money , but the status in not updated , the same is showing as awaiting shipment , please help me to refund the money
timtara is a fraud company , i am trying to call them for past 7 days, they are not picking my phone

At the time of purchase, I received on invoice mentioned my product, amount, successful payment and delivery of time ( 10-15 Days).

But the specified delivery time already over and till now my product is not delivered. When I tried to contact the Customer Care they told me that product will be delivered soon.

From last one month the product in “Awaiting Shipment” status.

I am a bit worried about my transaction now as non of the customer care executive was able to answer my queries properly.

Hi,

I ordered (order no.10266262) a phone( sony xperia p mobile phone (black)) worth Rs 20,459 from the website Timtara.com on 4th June 2012,
for which I did the payment online through my HDFC Credit Card.
The product page stated delivery within 15-20 working days so I waited till 2nd july 2012.
But till date (11th july 2012) the status of my order is still awaiting shipment.
I have called them up so many times yet they ask me to wait further.
They are not specifying or confirming any delivery date.
Please help me in either getting the product delivered or the refund of the amount that I have paid to them.

I purchased a Casio watch (order Id- 10312902) on 23/8/2012 and now its almost 3 months still I didn't get the product. The site is showing awaiting shipment status.I called them many times and every time they say that we provide you exact date of shipment within 24 hours and no call & mail comes after that. This is very annoying. I want some strict action against them.

Dear sir,

I have ordered a citizen watch worth rs.7215 from timtara.com on 13 September, 2012 and my order number is 10324812. I have made the payment through your payment gateway using Citi Bank credit card and the reference number for this transaction is 75134832258.

It was mentioned in the product description that the product will be delivered in 15-20 working days. The same was even mentioned in the order confirmation mail that I have received after placing the order. After 20 days has passed, I have called the customer support regarding this issue and they replied me that the shipping has been delayed and the product will be delivered within 6 working days.

I have waited for two more weeks. During this time, I have spoke to the customer care many times and their reply is same that the product will be shipped soon. They wont reply for the mails. But till today they have not shipped the product. At last I decided to cancel the order but I'm afraid whether they will refund the amount or not because I have read many similar complaints about timtara after I waited for a long time.

I'm mentally disturbed a lot regarding this issue from many days because the amount I have paid is not a small amount just to leave it simply. The product is worth rs.7215.

I would like to know whether you can help me somehow regarding this issue as I have used your payment gateway for this transaction. I kindly request you to help me regarding this issue.

I have order by no-10205430, a citizen 432 blood pressure monitor on 2nd march 2012. Still this product shown awaiting shipment. I called them at least 100 times.....and they replayed with the same answer "it will be shipped shortly"
but till date I don't get any product. After that on november 2012 they told me for any other product within this range from there website. They assured me that they are ready to shipped any product instead of the blood pressure monitor. So I choose tata crystal water purifier, but till date I do't get any product by this order number.
Now I am mentally tired to call them and also spend nearly 400 bucks for 100 times calling. So please take some necessary step by which nobody may't be cheated by this online shopping site.

I have ordered a phone (HTC Desire V) worth Rs 13,490 from the website Timtara.com on 24th December 2012, for which I did the payment online through Net Banking service of Kotak Mahindra Bank. As per the site, the product is delivered in 15-20 days so I waited 14th Jan 2013 then I called their customer care about the status of the product. They told me that it is awaiting for shipment which is the status since I purchased it from the site. Now, whenever I call them they ask me to wait further soon they will contact me for the information about the product. But I am not receiving any information about the product.They are not specifying or confirming any delivery date.

Please help me in either getting the product delivered or the refund of the amount that I have paid to them.

I've ordered an External Hard disc from www.timtara.com on 17-Dec-12, which has a delivery date of 8-Jan-2013. The money (Rs.5039/-) has been debited from my account at the time of the purchase but the product has not yet been delivered and the status is showing as "Awaiting Shipment". I've called them several times, and the call center executives are pathetic, especially Nina. They hang the phone up on the customer. I've also written a mail to mamta@timtara.com but didn't get a response till date.

I've also seen many complaints in this forum. Has any action been taken against this company ? I need information and suggestion on how to proceed with this issue.
