The online Order No. "10371080" was placed to M/s. "TIMTARA.com" over 6 weeks ago & as it has not been even
shipped by them after many commitments by your support team over phone,

As 3 weeks limit also has crossed & it is not even shipped, I purchased this
watch from local shop, as I needed it urgently. I told them refund me with in 7 days, as per your return policy mentioned below. But they did not have cancel the order till date.Please take serious action against them.
