Dear Sir,
I had applied for pan card name change on 22-05 -208 and application number is 881020201199364. I had sent the documents once but when I enquired through Sparsh itax services I got a reply saying that father’s name proof and DOB proof are to be attached since DOB proof was for old name.
I sent my name change affidavit copies old pan card copy and New name election card copy as DOB and Fathers name proof. I had sent the additional documents on 30th June and till date I have not received any communication about the receival of additional documents and further processing of my application.

It is almost two months over and the process is getting slower and I have already lost time and money in my previous application 881020200725475 for no communication and had sent the documents three times. Whenever I call to the number 022-2499 4650 it is always busy and when I got the line once I was made to wait for 10 minutes and it was a STD call and I received no reply.
Please clarify the status.
