as per tin-nsdl my pan has dispatched to me on on 26-Aug-2009.but till today i didn't get my pan card.no is ASGPR3988J.i verified again and again about my pan card at my local post office and courier centres.my dear officers i request to you please send my pan as early as possible i have very very urgent with my pan card yours faithfully CHANDAN KUMAR RAY Was this information helpful? | |

My PAN card application No. is[protected] dated 18 Aug.08. submitted at Bajaj Capital office at NOIDA, not received to till date.

I had applied for my PAN Card in July 2008 and still have not received any communication. I have called up at the Call Centre for the Income tax Department[protected] and even mailed at income tax department ([protected]@incometaxindia.gov.in) and checked at the TIN office (www.tin-nsdl.com) but to no avail. All that they can tell me is that it is under process at Income Tax Department. Please let me know what is holding my PAN card as I was supposed to have received the same within 10 days as was mentioned in the website.

I had submitted for PAN CARD - Change request as i don't have my old pan card but only the PAN number is available. First time i did online submission but there was avbsolutely no response even after 3-4 months inspite of continuous tracking with NSDL.. the request was not to traceable.
I again did a submission through karvy consultants and this time it was forwarded to IT dept and some clarification was sorted.
Inspite of providing clarifications, still the process was not completed and i have not received the card.
Again for the 3rd time, i submitted the request with all correct details on 13th sep and i am yet to receive the card. I have not received any notification also from the IT department..
If i try to call the helpline contact number[protected], 99% of the time the operators are busy and hence my STD call goes in vain with complete loss of my money..
Online status shows for the past 1 month in the same state as "Under processing in Income tax department"
This is really a pain to get the work output on time from these government organisations and the worst part is not being able to get proper response even if we want to get more details...

i had applied for pan vide karvy center at dibrugarh vide application No[protected] dated02.7.05 on internet showed that the pan card has been despatch to me but it was returned back.(Your PAN card has been returned undelivered to NSDL on 18-Jun-2008.The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Consignee has shifted'. Please contact NSDL or the TIN-Facilitation Centre (TIN-FC) where application was made by you.)
