Respected Madam/Sir, This is to inform you that we have applied for the three PAN cards 2 months before, out of which we have received only 1 pan card the details of which are as under - ack. no. [protected] PAN NO. :ATYPR1358R - which has been received on 11th Feb. But out of three PAN cards applied, till today we have not received 2 PAN CARDS the details of which are as under : Ack. Non grant of amended pan. I have submitted all the documents but they are not giving me the amended pan.
They are asking for father name proof. I have given the proof but they are not excepting it. My father has died in accident in 1999, he did not have pan no, aadhar card, driving license as an proof of identity.
I am explaining I don't have proof of my father name. I have voting card proof which state my father name, my fathers father name but does not have surname. Election office has not type the surname what can we do since father is died we can not give father name proof.father deadth certificate is not been accepted as father name proof.
Earlier income tax has consider the problem and guided UTI to issue pan no.
Now again amended pan no, issue me the amended pan

I have submitted my application on Jan 28.
1)Initially I received a mail with the below documents missing.
Submit proof of identity of applicant where father''s name in application exactly matches with father''s name in proof
Submit passport along with the address page
2)Next I received mail with below documents missing.
Submit proof of identity of applicant where father''s name in application exactly matches with father''s name in proof.
3)Next I received mail with below documents missing.
We request you to kindly submit recent colour photograph (3.5 cm *2.5 cm) on a separate paper with signature/thumb impression across this photograph.
Today I have sent the third missing document. I just wanted to whether will you give PAN CARD or Not . I have spent more than 600 rupees. If I would have gone for some Third party agent I would have got within 15 days for only 250 rupees.
As Per my knowledge I have signed the photo in the application form .Please do not email me saying another document is missing .
Now its April 15 and still the processing is done for my PAN CARD.
It will show how worst the NSDL works for processing PAN Card
