PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED
Respected Madam/Sir,
This is to inform you that we have applied for the three PAN cards 2 months before, out of which we have received only 1 pan card the details of which are as under -
ack. no. 071880500700455
PAN NO. :ATYPR1358R -
which has been received on 11th Feb.
But out of three PAN cards applied, till today we have not received 2 PAN CARDS the details of which are as under :
Ack. No. 071880500700444 AND
Ack. No. 071880500700466.
Please do the needful, for which we will be highly thankful.

Dear Sir,
I have applied for PAN card and my PAN is alloted and my PAN No.is BYXPK7582D which was despatched on Dt.15.03.2011 by FIRST FLIGHT COURIERS Pvt.Ltd vide Airway Bill No.ZB0262622.Till today I have not received my PAN card. when i track my pan card the courier company details are showing that my pan card delivered on 17-03-2011received by Mr. Tinku but there is no any person named Mr. Tinku.
Kindly send my PAN Card Speed Post.

Where there my Communication address and everything is correct. So, kindly re post my pan card.

Dear Sir/Madam
I have deposited 5 nos. of pan application with necessary documents on 03/05/2011.4 of them already have got their pan card. but one person, ALOK RANJAN PATTNAIK, (acknowledgement no.-016310300010185) has not received the pan card & in net, it's status showing Under Process.
N.B.: After contact to New Delhi Office, they advice to contact our Local office at Bhubanesewar, b'coz, Bhubaneswar office not despatched it's documents.
That, after contact to Bhubaneswar Office (Subhalaxmi Madam), since last 5/6 dats she has been telling thru phone that, we are searching for the same person's document & we have to kindly co-operate with them for 3/4 dats.
That, today she has informed me that, " this is being rejected due to signature mismatch".
So, kindly enquery for this & inform us as sonn as possible.
Waiting for your kind confirmation.

You have sent my PAN Card having PAN No. BBAPK8743A at my given address by courier agency but as my home is not in courier network this Card is being undelivered by courier agency and sent back to you. And I request to you that you kindly send my PAN Card at my given address by Indian Post or you can send me my PAN Card at below correspondence by courier agency.
