not recieved the pan card
Respected Madam/ Sir,
I KRISHNA SHEKHAR S/o AJAY SINGH MY date of birth 13 August 1971. and residing in BAJAR WARD -6 PATAN JABALPUR. i deposite my PAN application form 49A ib 20 feburary 2009 and my acknowledgment number 050150400377464 and my PAN no. CFBPS4363-E.
But till today i have not recieved my pan card . i have given many complaint in Karvy Data Management Services Ltd 43, naya bazar opp shyam talkies malviya chowk jabalpur M.P. 482001 this is the address where i deposited my PAN application form so my humble request to you please sent PAN card as soon as possible. for this i shall ever oblige you .

I ARUN KUMAR TN S/o NANJAPPA date of birth 26 May 1987. and residing in Ambedkarnagar, Bangalore i submitted my PAN application form 49A on 14 October 2009 in Karvy Data Management Service Ltd., Basavanagudi, Bangalore and acknowledgment number 050051200367276.
But till today i have not recieved my pan card & pan number. Therefore my humble request to you please send PAN card as soon as possible. for this i shall ever oblige you .

I AVEDESH MEENA S/o RAMDHAN MEENA date of birth 02 AUG 1986I am a central government employe in "new custom house" in mumbai. I have register form in your office 31 july 09 but not received my nsdl card present. my PAO reg NO. is 2014714, and my ddo reg no. is (cgv006941e). My all others friends in custom house receive nsdl card. so pls send me my nsdl card. my pan cor is not receive till now please inform me about this is my pan card posted to my adrees or what the reason for the delay.
