[Resolved] Titan Eye+ Jayanagar — Worst Service | |
HAS TATA BECOME A GOVT. ENTERPRISE? This is the second such incidence with TATA (after Tata Indicom Photon+). I ordered a pair of spectacles for my cousin on 04/09/09 with the details mentioned below. 1. They were supposed to be delivered on 07/09/09 (Monday). Nothing happened. 2. On Wednesday 09/09/09 I went to the store. They told me its not ready and will be delivered the next day (10/09/09). 3. Nothing happened on 10/09/09 4. On 11/09/09 I again called up. The store people told me they will call. The call did not come through. So, I called up again and they told me it would be delivered the same day within 8 pm at my premises. Till today I haven’t received my spectacles. So, have you taken us for granted? Whenever you will deliver the product, we will take it. There was no communication from the store’s side regarding the delay; not even a single call was made to us. This is the service from TATA owned brand! Sales order no.
