Hi, i have purchased a new Frame from the Store & Athwaline, Surat, Gujarat. I purchased the same in the month of May-2010. & the frame got lose in just 2 months & also the lense also got so much of scratches that vision is also not proper. So i contact the store again, & surprisigly they replied that scratches are always there on lense. But at the time of purchase i mentioned very cleary to them that i m changing the specs because of the scratch issue only, so they suggest that i sud go for thier recommanded lense so that i wont have that problem again. So i asked them to go for the quality check again, but again very surprisingly they took the same from me & till 15 days they just kept the same with them only & when i inquire they said they got the report that it doesnt have any quality issue, & didint gave any kind of report to me, So kindly take interest & give me solution or replacement or i will have to go to consumer court for such quality issue.
