X tenant was used the tneb online payment option .Now she vacated and not giving the user is and password.now i am the new tenant how to change the user id and password of online bill payment.If i am clicking the forget password and user name it is going to the old email which was created previously.

For the past three days I am unable to log in with my usual user name and PW to make deposit as I used to do usually.

How i am register my online E.B. Bill payment the new user page doesn't working pls Register my account by online payment
I forgot my user name and password plse help .
I forget the user name and password here. My email ID also changed. Now activation mail is going to my old email ID. Please comment to change either email address, else let me know whether able to created new user id and password for the same

I already create the User name and Password for my account in the TNEB Online. But I forgot my User name but I know my password for my account. So I request the Username for my Account

X tenant has vacated. I am unable to make payment thro' online, as it has already been registered by X tenant. Unless he unsubscribe the user id, I cannot make payment thro' online. How to remove the x tenant user id and password and how to register new user name and password. Please advise me.

Sir, My consumer No. is[protected]. The User ID and mobile that I registered has to be changed as I have lost my mobile. Kindly permit me to register a new 'User ID and Mobile number ' for my TANGEDCO payments and other facilities.

When I was trying to go through online with the above username/password, I could not get into.
