Hi, My name is Thaj, year 2011 i starting to build my home, EB people ask me to change the previous tariff LA1A to LM51 i did it ( date 3/5/2011 ).
the construction was finished In March 2012. then i went EB office i request that people to change tariff LM51 to LA1A but they said to me you have to pay after finish construction first bill then we will change i pay around 1000 RS, but no use then 2nd bill time i ask again again they told me pay 2nd bill around RS 1600 after that it will change, even no use again 3rd bill they said same pay now 1300 RS i paid already but still now no use is there any option to complaint any another place about this please help me
