Toshiba 24ps10ze — Toshiba selling EOSL products with 3 yr warranty

Hi, i have purchased Toshiba TV on 03/06/2012 from one of the Dealer, it's Toshiba LED 24PS10-24", they have offered me 3 years of warranty.
after working for a month i got some issue with Brightness on 29-Jul-2012, I have logged case with Toshiba call center ( Case ID :[protected], the engineer came to site after a week time and told me there is an issue with board and it needs to replace and it will take 7 days to receive part, I agreed .. after 7 days there was no response from them and i called call center again, they said they have not received part and they will call back ( as always fake commitment from call center lady )... after 2 3 days i called again and they are at the same stage , infect they don't know if party is already delivered from there technical center or not ..... i tried chasing them everyday for the status .. .. 1 day they told looks like part will take time to reach so we will replace your TV .. i thought that's good and agreed ,,, again no response for 2 3 days .. i called them again asked for status ..... They said we have received part and we will be sending engineer to replace part ....... that guy came next day and tried replacing .... same issue .... He said looks like main board is ok, there is issue with LED panel .... Let me ask call center to replace TV ...... i had no option other than waiting .....

again i have waited for 2 3 days .. no response from their side .. i call that lady in call center and asked for his boss's no ... she gave me that manager's mobile ... damm .. that guy was always busy ....i tried calling him for 2 hours . his phone was engaged ... Luckily after 2 days i was able to contact him .. i discussed my issue with him ... as always he replied Let me check from my side and will get back to you ......

that manager has also gave me fake message that he will come back .... .. after again 2 days i tried calling him .. and his phone was busy .. i tried calling for 15 to 20 time , well i don't have only work to call these guys every day and keep listening .. person is busy on other call ...... then.. i sent him SMS boss i will complain to Consumer if you will not get back and tried calling him .. Luckily i got connected .... and asked him the status ......

now new story .. that manager told me we don't have this model available ... also we don't have parts for this product ... and i want to process for refund your money ...........

well after purchasing product with 3 Years of warranty is it ok to get refund ?? if they are already aware that this product is EOSL why there are selling it with 3 Years of warranty ?????? .. what will happen to customer after 3 Years if he will get issue with TV ? he will only have option to through this TV and buy New one ..............

if they don't have this brand they should offer me another brand of TV ( without paying extra, this is not my fault at all ) and that product should not be EOSL and should have 3 Years of warranty ........ also they should always update status to customer on time ...

( my TV was purchased from Vashi , Kohinoor Dealer ) and i am doing follow up with Toshiba service center.
