This is regarding TOSHIBA refrigerator bought by us in the month of November 2007. Purchase details are given below:

We faced the problem of no cooling due to accumulation of ice in the motor of the refrigerator since very first week of Purchase. Several calls were lodged for same but no help was extended from Toshiba customer service for acceptable solution on same. Technical persons attended to calls but didn’t help with accurate solution.
We even took a step further and escalated the matter to Mumbai office
to Mr.Paramjeet (9910044005), who handed over the case to Mr.Govindan (9819900465). Every detail was told to Mr. Govindan by my husband Mr.Ashish Sahni at length but no help was extended by him.
Rather with repeated reminders by us he got back with fictitious explanation of default due to fluctuation problem which was absolutely deplorable as we have 100% power back with proper stabilizers in place. In earlier conversation he had agreed to design problem in the refrigerator and later he denied the same upfront. Mr. Govindan was very uncouth with my husband during the conversation and same has been recorded by us.
Same matter was escalated to Mr. Pranab Mohanty (Country Sales Head-India) but no help was extended from his end as well. They all again came up with false reports as stated earlier.
This kind of service and disrespectful behaviour is not accepted from
a valued brand like Toshiba.
