[Resolved] Toshiba Deception / Disappoint — After flashing Bios for T135D-s1324 computer does not work!!! | |
I BOUGHT A TOSHIBA LAPTOP T135D-1324 6 MONTHS AGO.I JUST GOT A NOTIFICATION SAYING ALL T135 LAPTOPS NEEDED A CRITICAL BIOS UPDATE TO ELIMINATE A POTENTIAL BURNING HAZARD. I CALLED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM TOSHIBA AND THEY SAID "YOU MOST UPDATE THE BIOS" THEY FOLLOWED ME BY PHONE STEP BY STEP, I HAVE A CODE #[protected] FOR THE CALL. AFTER UPDATE THE BIOS MY COMPUTER STOP TO WORK AT ALL, AND THEY SAID THAT I HAVE TO SEND MY COMPUTER TO REPAIR CENTER .I BOUGHT MY COMPUTER AT BESTBUY STORE IN FORT LAUDERDALE, I'M NOW AT ARGENTINA, I SENT TO REPAIR CENTER TOSHIBA AT ARGENTINA STORE THAT TOSHIBA TOLD ME TO DO SO.! MY COMPUTER WAS WORKING FINE BEFORE THE UPDATE!! NOW I'M WAITING FOR MORE THAN 45 DAYS AND NOT ANSWER FROM TOSHIBA OR THE STORE..!! SAMEONE CAN HELP ME WITH THAT PLEASE!!
