Toshiba — defective delivery | |||
have been delivered a defective To oshiba laptop, laptop showed a small line on screen which later turned up as a huge defective screen mark. on complaining the company said its a physical damage but it is not. Laptop shows no damage marks on its body any where. Even the service report given by onsite service representative states laptop has internal screen damage. I have the report with me which states the same. I have called numerous times to Toshiba service center and emailed but nothing is happening complaint gets launched and closed without any assistance . Being a student i am under mental trauma and seeing companies demand for repair of its defect delivered by company i m even more depressed as its a burden on me. I have all documents with me and emails sent and received too. Laptop serial code : 4B274360Q. and model C600 series. Was this information helpful? | |||
