[Resolved] Toshiba Laptop — Laptop not working | |
I am from chennai. I have purchased a toshiba laptop a year back and the warranty was already over. I got some problem in laptop and it was not working. I gave it for service in TVS-E servicetec in chennai which is a authorised service centre of Toshiba. They fixed the problem by changing the inverter, but also they created some new problems to my lap top and now the speakers are not working and wi-fi button also broken. When I asked about it to them Mr. Thyagu from TVSE tec was answering as this problem was already there in your laptop and we didn't did anything. And also he told that we cannot rectify the problem and it will takes too costly and i have to give for another service. Kindly let me know how to handle this issue? Was this information helpful? | |

Toshiba Laptop — poor service and improper product
My laptop is not working since two months inspite of repeated calls.and letters and emails submitted there is still no response from the company.
