[Resolved] Toshiba Laptops — Laptop not returned from service center | |||
I had bought a Toshiba Laptop (Sl # - 7B423587W) in the month of October 2011 and the laptop had a warranty period of 1 year. In the month of June 2012 the hard disk was corrupted. I gave the laptop for service in the month of June and got the laptop back back in the month of July. It took them a month to repair to laptop. Again in the month of August the laptop's mother board got corrupted and I had given it to the service center on 11th August, 2012. They informed me that the issue was fixed and I collected the laptop on 15th September , 2012. When I got the laptop home, I realized that the issue wasn't resolved and informed the customer care about it the same day. Since the service was closed (15th being a Saturday), I gave the laptop for service again on the 17th of September. Since then I have been waiting for the laptop and haven't received it yet. I have sent them emails but have not received any reponse yet. The complaint number is[protected]. I had bought the laptop as a gift for my brother so that he could use it in his business. Since we didn't have the laptop for almost 6 months in the last 1.5 years my brother was not able to show the presentations and designs effectively due to which he has lost business of almost 2 lakh's.
