[Resolved]  Toshiba Lcd — TOSHIBA SERVICE CENTRE IN BHAVNAGAR IS NOT GOOD RESPONSIBILITY WORKING AND USING BAD WORD WITH CUSTOMER

I PURCHASE A TOSHIBA LCD 19" TV FROM ONLINE AT INFIBEAM .COM DATE OCT 18/2011
SERVICE CENTRE IN BHAVNAGAR {GAURANG BHAI } ALPHA ELECTRONIC AND WE ARE GOING THERE SINCE 30/3/2012 AND HE IS TELLING THAT TODAY AND TOMORROW AND WHEN MY FATHER AND MOTHER CALL HIM AND TALK WITH HIM HE IS TELLING THAT WAHT YOU CAN DO I WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR TV AND SPEAKING ABUSING WORDS WITH FAMILY AND HE HAS NOT GIVEN TV SINCE NOW SO TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAIN HIM.

TOSHIBA LCD — NON INSTALLATION OVER A WEEK

I had bought a 42" Toshiba LCD from E-Zone on the 10/04/2010 . The delivery of the TV was done on 12th April . I was confirmed that on 13th the LCD will be installed but on 13th afternoon the concern officer Mr.S.Basu informed me that they did not have the bracket so the same will be installed on Saturday .Post checking with their Bangalore office which confirmed that the bracket had already been couriered , he confirmed that the installation will be done on 16th April . But today when I called them up they said that the bracket has still not been received and they have no idea when they will be able to install the same .

I had bought the TV due to the festive season with the Bengali New Year on 15th April . I was not able to enjoy the purchase with my family and friends due to the negligence of the company . For the past 1 week the LCD TV is like a showpeice in my drawing room which is lying there all packed up . I am going to file a complaint in the consumer forum for the harrassment I am going through

THOSIBA LCD, GYANARANJAN DASH. MARKETING EXECUTIVE WAS RAJU.
BILLING DATE WAS 16.10.10 BUT ITS NOT INSUL AS ON DATE , ALLREDY ITS CROSS 15 DAYS.
