A toshiba 32" TV has been ordered through online - i..e shopclues.com and the vendor name is Naveen Electrotech Private limited, Delhi. - The packing received was in very horrible condition. I am chasing the Toshiba customer care, Shopclues customore care since two days, however in vain. The TV received is defective and it is not working. Looking forward for a support, will keep you updated. It looks like none of these service providers are trust worthy. The provide a second class service. This is to inform you that I had purchased Toshiba 32" Tv from Sargam electronics. but from last 1 week TV volume not working properly, when I contacted to service centre he is not listening.please resolve this issue on priority basis of .hope you will send engineer as early as possibleRegards
