[Resolved] Toshiba / Lcd Tv — No response from company | |||
I bought a TOSHIBA 32" LCD tv on October-23-2010 from easyday market and its remote stopped working on September-21-2011. I lodged a request on[protected] on customer care number [protected] and I received request number[protected], next day I received a call from the number-[protected] and person other side of phone asked few questions, like light on LCD panel is working or not, side panel buttons are working or not after getting answer of his questions he said, remote needs to be replaced and since it is in warranty period therefore it will be replaced without any charge and that will take 4-5 days. After 5 days I called the same person on same number and he asked me call customer care to get the status of request, when I called customer care they asked me to call service center to know the actual time to get the remote replaced. After calling customer care I received another number of Mr. Manpreet-[protected], who was contacted next working day[protected] then he committed to get the remote delivered within 48 hours on[protected] again he was contacted on[protected] and again he promised to get the remote delivered on[protected] but remote was not delivered. When I called customer care on[protected] evening I was asked to wait till 12 pm Sunday but nobody contacted me. I again called customer care on[protected] and again no satisfactory answer but another number [protected] of Mr. Javed Ali to know the status. Sometimes I was told remote will be couriered from Bangalore sometimes from Malaysia. I feel they want the warranty period to be expired so that they can charge. Was this information helpful? | |||

You as a customer have played your part and you listed a problem in the crm before the expiry of the warranty period hence forth even if they deliver the product after the end of warranty it is called in warranty as the complain was lodged in warranty but one request to maintain your request number and your bill
