[Resolved] Toshiba — after sales service is very bad | |||
Toshiba corporation is making laptops as one of their products , I have purchased a satelite model 510 but The corporation has not provided any rescue disk with it , moreover their online registration is also not working properly. Months get passed by but there is no reply by the corporation regarding is there is any problem with laptop or is the customer happy . The plastic cover is also very soft and not durable. There is a problem with sound card also. In a total customer is not give any preference either by the dealer or by the corporation. They are like a local sabzi wala , purchase vegetables and go , customer satisfaction goes to hell apni item bik gaya thats all. very bad after sales service Was this information helpful? | |||

Toshiba — Awful after Sales Service
Well! So herez how it all went. I purchased my Toshiba Laptop A305-6872 in mid december. Barely 2 months after the purchase, the laptop suddenly called off its operations. I tried end number of time with end number of possibilities to switch it on, however failed every single time.I thought that i should give my laptop to the service center and expected them to deliver in 5 - 10 days. I called them up the next day to know the exact cause of failure. I was really surprised to hear that there was some problem with the PCB (motherboard) and it would take 15 days to replace the same. (Imagine, ur motherboard is screwed up in 2 months, THATS QUALITY).
Now its been 39 days to be precised, but i havent received my laptop. On top of that, the customer service is too polite to even speak with. I had given up all hopes. Just want to know how do I contact the higher authorities and raise my concern.
Moral of the story: Toshiba SU*KS BIG time. dont ever think of buying one from TOSHIBA

Toshiba — bad manufacturer
i have a A200 notebook of toshiba, and it's microphone pin doesn't work at all from the time of purchase and its battery is also deadth after 10 months of purchase. when i claimed for battery nobody in toshiba response a proper answer and ask me to call next day again and again.
